Tech Edu Solutions Private Limited provides AI-powered educational technology solutions, including but not limited to the Evalix exam evaluation platform. Our services are designed for educational institutions, educators, and students.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with or without notice.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:

• Use our services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our services or systems
• Use our services to distribute unsolicited communications or spam
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our software
• Use our services in a manner that could impair or overburden our infrastructure

All content, features, and functionality of our website and the Evalix platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and algorithms, are owned by Tech Edu Solutions Private Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

While we strive for accuracy in our AI-powered evaluation system, results should be reviewed by qualified educators before being used for official assessment purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tech Edu Solutions Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
